www.beadedbreakfast.com, and all of its subdomains (the "Online store", the "Website") is owned and operated by KINDRAS GROUP LLC, for its own benefit and the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “we" or “us") in the United Arab Emirates. The Website Terms may be changed from time to time without notice. By ordering Goods through the Online Store, the User agrees to the terms of sale of Goods set out below (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Sale of Goods). In case of disagreement with this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement / Public Offer), the User must immediately stop using the service and leave the Online Store. If a change in law means that we have to change our Website Terms after you have placed an Order but before it has been fulfilled, we are obliged to apply that change to your Order. Eligibility
We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many people as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment in one of suggested ways; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (ii) enter into binding Orders with us. In addition, the Website is for your personal or gift use only, commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage.
Product and purchase procedure
When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable.
Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your Website cart are not reserved until your pay for your Order.
The Website may contain or provide information regarding the availability of goods. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will actually be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day. Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.
Preorders
When a product is not in stock, the Website might offer placing a Preorder. It implies committing to buy the item, which is currently out of stock but will be produced especially for you in the term of no longer than 21 days, and paying the full price of the Order. Preorder items can only be paid for by debit card, credit card, and PayPal, and cannot be paid by cash on delivery.
Once your order is placed, we will deliver it to you as soon as it’s available.
Payment
We currently accept the following payment types for Orders placed on our Website: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery.
The credit card and debit card payments are operated by Stripe and will be redirected to a Stripe page. Orders completed through PayPal will be redirected to a PayPal page.

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes
Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion. They are personal to you and cannot be transferred to third parties. Inner Circle discounts are currently not available for Orders placed through the Website.
First Order offer

Delivery
Delivery of the Website Orders is operated by a third party — Farfill, an e-commerce fulfillment based in Dubai.
Farfill delivers across UAE, with the following delivery methods:
Dubai: same business day handing (received before 12:00 GST), next business day handling (received after 12:00 GST),
Other cities of UAE: next day handling (received after 12:00 GST).
Orders needed to be shipped to GCC countries and rest of the world will be shipped via a Third party, most probably the DHL company.
All Delivery tariffs offered by the Website are those applied by Farfill and Third parties, and may be changed in case they change at those companies.
Return of goods and funds
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in Exchange and Return section, we offer a policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 30 days from delivery of your Order, free of charge.
Refunds will only be processed after the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees).

We don’t accept returns for gift cards.
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
Features of the goods and the responsibility of the seller
All jewelry sold on the Website is authentic, as it is produced by our own means. For production we use Japanese beads of high quality, Czech beads and metallic details from South Korea and China. All clasps, extending chains, and connection rings are made of gold-plated brass and rhodium-plated steel.
Some items have special features like black spots on the coating or uneven shape of beads, which should be described on the Website. The Seller does not consider these as sings of poor quality and does not apply any discounts to such goods.
All jewelry demonstrated on the Website is hand made and fragile, which implies a slight possibility of a damage. The warranty period for our jewelry is one year. If the break occurs during this time, the Customer should contact the Seller in any comfortable way. The item will be replaced with the same or fixed. With a break outside of the warranty period, the Customer should contact the Seller for an individual solution.
Intellectual property rights
All the content published on the Website, including software, HTML and other code alongside texts, photos, videos and other means of describing the presented goods, is protected by national and international intellectual property laws and treaties. Any reproduction or redistribution of the content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
