General conditions

All Beaded Breakfast jewelry and accessories are handcrafted by our team of professionals. Very often you ask us if we can make a particular item but in a different color or size. We are glad to inform you that we accept individual orders. However, since Beaded Breakfast is primarily a mass-produced brand, there are some conditions for that:

• We don’t accept orders for items not presented in our collection (for example, a necklace that is similar to another brand’s one or to a one of a celebrity).
• An individual order must be paid for through our website. After the payment is made, we will contact you and tell when the order will be ready. Meanwhile, our team will start working on your order immediately.
• Unfortunately, an item made for an individual order, isn’t subject to exchange or return, since the items not presented in our main line can’t be taken back to the warehouse.
• If all of the above conditions are okay for you, we will be happy to fulfill your individual order.

Ordering procedure:

• Contact us in any convenient way and let us know that you would like to place an individual order for a specific item and attach a photo or provide a link to our website;
• We will pass on your request to the production team and check with the technologist whether it’s possible to execute your order and prepare an item in the color and size you want;
• If the answer is positive, we will generate and send you a link, so you can pay for the order online via Stripe or PayPal;
• After the payment is made, we will start working with your order;
• We will contact you and offer delivery options when the order is ready for shipping.
