All jewelry sold on the Website is authentic, as it is produced by our own means. For production we use Japanese beads of high quality, Czech beads and metallic details from South Korea and China. All clasps, extending chains, and connection rings are made of gold-plated brass and rhodium-plated steel.

Some items have special features like black spots on the coating or uneven shape of beads, which should be described on the Website. The Seller does not consider these as sings of poor quality and does not apply any discounts to such goods.

All jewelry demonstrated on the Website is hand made and fragile, which implies a slight possibility of a damage. The warranty period for our jewelry is one year. If the break occurs during this time, please contact us in any comfortable way. The item will be replaced with the same or repaired.
